Our customer’s privacy is our first priority and we promise to use your personal details only for their meant purpose, that of sending the ordered items to you.

Pretty Purple Boutique will only offer its products in limited quantity, just because we want to offer our customers the feeling that they are wearing something special.
From each piece will be only a few items available or even exclusive pieces.
Some items may be restocked on request, others will not.
Therefore if you see a piece you love don’t wait too long, in order to avoid disappointment.
Your order will be sent within 1-3 working days after receiving payment. All online orders are confirmed by email. Nevertheless we will contact you per email if any delivery issues or delays may occur.
Your order will normally take between 1 to 3 working days within the Netherlands from the day it was send to reach your home.
Orders within Europe will normally take between 3 to 6 working days to reach your home.
Exchanges and returns
We really hope you’ll have a pleasant experience while shopping with us but If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that items must be sent in their original package and they mustn’t be worn.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings can not be changed.
Before returning something you must notify us within 36 hours of receiving your order by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Please allow us at least 1-2 working days for transaction returns after receiving the refund items.

All items are carefully inspected before shipment for quality check, nevertheless if your order arrives damaged, or in worst case scenario doesn’t arrive at all please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve the problem in a convenient way for you.
All complains will be taken very seriously and we will reply to your message within 48 hours of its receipt.
